Ordering Process on Website

You don't need to sign in and just shop immediately; furthermore, to be membership which send unique information about on sale irregularly to you!

• Shopping process:  Add goods in cart → order → Make sure your order → Fill in your information → Payment → Finish order → Shipping goods
• Please fill in your e-mail exactly because goods order and shipping will send your to make sure them.

Payment

We’re offering multiple payments to pay a free for you =)

1. Pay by online credit card
2. Online ATM
3. Pay by ATM transfer: Please pay within three days.

Credit Card

Offering Visa, Master card can choose to pay on online and free shipping.

You should fill out your information when you pay the bill. Please fill out completely; you’ll receive mail from us immediately when you’re about to finish your payment.

ATM Transfer

To take your debit card use ATM to pay nearby your resident or pay on online that will do. Please pay within three days if you can’t finish it, your order would be deleted!

• Cancel the order → Sign in your email → Make sure your order in mail → Link → Information about order below website → Leave a massage for YARK “Cancel the order” → Will cancel your order

If we have been packing and preparing, we’re unable canceling your order.

Sales Order Status Inquiry

• Sign in your email → Make sure your order in mail → Link; you can check order status.

Reminding:

1. Since colors and lighting make goods’ picture different in fact from your screen set up.
2. We avoid advance purchase and prepare for a few time. Please make sure your shopping list on website before you pay.

Shipping and Days

We offer home delivery, in-store pickup and pay or delivery (7-11 convenience store) and cash on delivery.

We’re not able to prepare delivery process in national vacation.

• Process: You’re going to receive goods around 3 ~ 5 days later when you finish already payment process.

Even if goods lack of supplies or blemish, we’ll contact you by Email or make a phone call.

※Sometimes, Logistics’ business deliver a little bit busy and delay day of arrival. Please forgive them and you any question, requirement or ask about delivery status, you have to contact us any time~

Receipt

We put receipt with goods together to deliver. Even if you need VAT number to submit an expense account for your corporation, you have to give us your title and VAT number.

Modify Receipt: Even if your receipt have wrong information on it or contaminating, please tell us and figure it out immediately within 7 days. After 7 days of receipt, we cannot help you to change your receipt or modify anymore because of the accounting receivable need to make process in our corporation.
